Joint Opinion of the Venice Commission and OSCE / ODIHR on the Draft Law no. 140/2017
The European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE / ODIHR) recently adopted at its 114th Plenary Session (Venice, 16-17 March 2018), a draft for amending the Government Ordinance no. 26/2000 on associations and foundations, called the Joint Opinion on the Draft Law no. 140/2017.
